Storm Team 11 Forecast:
We will have warm weather Thursday and the first part of Friday thanks to a strong southerly wind. As a cold front moves through Friday morning, we will have areas of rain out ahead of it starting late Thursday and mainly wrapping up by Friday afternoon. It will be much cooler this weekend into early next week when a few upper levels disturbances could shove a little bit of moisture our way at times. There’s a slight chance of a wintry mix Saturday and Monday at this point. In the middle of those two days, Sunday looks mostly sunny and cool.
Tonight: Increasing clouds, quiet and cool. Low: 44
Thursday: Mostly cloudy skies. Warm and windy. Winds could gust up to 50 mph or so in some of the mountains of east Tennessee. Just a 20 percent chance of a shower late. High: 75
Thursday night: Cloudy with showers likely. Chance of rain: 80%. Low: 52
Friday: Cloudy with rain during the first half of the day. Chance of rain: 60%. It will start off warm early in the morning before getting cooler throughout the day. High: 62
Friday night: Mostly cloudy. Low: 35
