Storm Team 11 Weather: Rain likely with some storms on Mother’s Day

Storm Team 11 Forecast:

It will be quite soggy at times for the rest of the weekend. Localized flooding is possible. Don’t drive through flooded roadways. 

A couple rounds of rain and storms are expected tonight. There is an 80 percent chance of rain. Low: 62

 

Rain and a few storms will continue off and on Sunday. Heavy downpours will be fairly widespread, and are most likely in the morning through mid afternoon. We also have a low-end risk for severe weather. Damaging winds and hail are the main potential threats. High: 73

 

Passing showers for Sunday night, but the heaviest rain should be over for most. Low: 54

 

Scattered light showers will linger Monday. Otherwise, mostly cloudy and cool with highs in the mid 60s. Morning lows Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the low to mid 40s. 

 

Dry weather is expected Tuesday and Wednesday, but we could see a few showers and storms Wednesday night/Thursday followed by a general warming trend.
