We had some accumulating snow showers mainly above 5,000 feet Saturday afternoon with 1 to 2 inches around the Carvers Gap area. A few rain showers or flurries are possible overnight, but most of the moisture has moved out. The low will be near 40 degrees.
Drier for Easter Sunday. Cloudy and chilly for sunrise services. Clouds will be slow to clear, but some sunshine is expected to gradually break through the clouds as we go throughout the afternoon. This will keep our high around 58 degrees. If you see sun earlier in the day, you could climb into the low 60s.
Skies will turn mostly clear to partly cloudy Sunday night. Chilly with a low around 41.
Mostly sunny Monday with a warmer afternoon. Our forecast high is 76.
It will stay mostly dry through mid week with highs near 80. Our rain chances appear to gradually go up again Thursday into Friday.
Take care and have a Happy Easter!
