An extra dose of warm weather is expected today thanks to plenty of sunshine and downsloping winds. Our weather pattern begins to change tomorrow as a low pressure system moves through the region. Showers and storms will develop during the day, with downsloping winds delaying rain threat until late afternoon and evening. Rain threat will likely continue through Friday night, with additional showers and a few storms Saturday morning.
Scattered showers and storm will be possible Saturday especially during the morning. Storm threat looks to increase Sunday afternoon and evening with a stronger storm system approaching the area. A few strong storms will be possible Sunday afternoon and evening, but the greatest threat for severe weather looks to stay to the south and east of our area.
