The first week of February will feel more like the first week of April, with an unseasonably warm weather pattern set in place and unlikely to change until later this week. A few disturbances are expected to move through offering a chance for showers tonight into Tuesday. Despite the clouds and showers, temperatures will be nearing record highs later this week.
Record heat will be possible Wednesday with upper 60’s, and even more likely Thursday as temperatures soar into the mid 70’s. A strong cold front Friday puts an end to the record temperatures, with seasonably cold temperatures back by the weekend.
Today: Mostly sunny and very mild with mid 60’s Tri-Cities, upper 50’s in the mountains.
Tonight: Cloudy with a few scattered showers, lows in the mid 40’s.
