A fall-like weather pattern is setting today, with a cooler north wind ushering in some very refreshing air. A few scattered showers will be developing today, enhanced somewhat over the mountains with a NW wind. So, rain showers will be very scattered and very brief in nature, but will be around through the afternoon, with even some lingering showers into the evening before the system moves east of our area, ending our chance for rain.
As drier air settles in tonight, the sky clears, and temperatures will drop into the 50’s. Expect plenty of sunshine Thursday and Friday, with beautiful sunny and dry days, clear and cool nights, with even some upper 40’s possible Thursday night into Friday morning.
After a little fall preview, summer heat returns late into the weekend and through much of next week, with upper 80’s.
