Flash Flood Warning- Wise VA, Expires 11:30 am

Flash Flood Warning- Dickenson VA, Expires 12:00 am

Flash Flood Warning- Pike KY, Expires 12:00 pm

Flood Warning- Letcher KY , Expires 12:45 pm

Flood Warning- Harlan KY, Expires 4:15 pm

With these storms, lots of rain is expected in a very short amount of time as well as strong winds.
