Storm Team 11 Forecast: Scattered Showers And Storms Again Later Today; Few Severe Possible

Wednesday, June 13th 2018 Morning

Storm Team 11 Forecast:

Good Morning!

Temperatures are quite mild this morning in the mid 60s! We are continuing the same pattern we have seen over the past few days. Today there is a 50% chance for scattered showers and storms this afternoon and evening with a high of 85 degrees. Parts of SW Virginia and E Kentucky are under a marginal risk for severe weather today, so be aware for some stronger storms with gusty winds, heavy downpours and small sized hail being the main threats.

Tomorrow is looking drier than today with a 30% chance for showers and storms and a high of 86 degrees. High pressure will start to build into the area beginning tomorrow. This will bring us a beautiful Friday with a high of 87 degrees and mostly sunny skies!

Rain chances over the weekend are pretty limited, with sunshine and warm temperatures near 90 degrees expected!

Have a great day!
