ERWIN, Tenn. (WJHL) – Hundreds of people came out Saturday to enjoy the largest event held in Unicoi County each year.
People packed downtown Erwin for the 41st annual Unicoi County Apple Festival.
The festival includes 350 vendors, kids areas, and plenty of apples of course.
We met a business from Newport, Tennessee who sells at the festival every year.
“The fun of it. The excitement of it. Seeing everybody. Selling apples. People being friendly. Brings us back every year,” Lisa Askew said.
You still have time to head out and enjoy the festival.
It runs until 8 p.m. Saturday.
