BRISTOL — Defending Thunder Valley National top fuel champion Richie Crampton was in town a little early and going through drills with local fire fighters.
Crampton who’s from Australia participated in some of the newest state of the art drills that help the Bristol fireman stay in shape.
Both firemen and drag racers need to be in top notch physical shape in order to perform to the best of their abilities and last season no one was better at Bristol than Crampton who took home the Wally.
Crampton who won 7 races in his first 2 years on the tour is trying to make a move upward in the Mello Yello points.
