Johnson City, TN — Sometimes you can gage Tennessee Volunteer football fans excitement by the annual “gator hater” party.
Earlier this week big orange fans packed the Trophy shop in Johnson City to get ready for the big game Saturday night against Florida. Trophy shop owner Phil Vittetoe who’s a huge volunteer fan still hates another team more than the Gators in the SEC.
“Being old school. I still hate Alabama a lot worse than I hate Florida. I hate them both in a good, baptist sort of way. But yeah, it still is Alabama.”
