Cubs Kris Bryant has 2 day rehab assignment with Smokies before returning to the majors

Sevierville, TN -   Smokies fans were given quite a treat Monday night, as Chicago Cubs star, Kris Bryant, returned to Knoxville on a rehab assignment.
The World Series MVP decided to come to Knoxville to try and get his swing corrected before heading back to the majors.

"You know, I want to get my timing back. Taking two weeks off is tough. It's hard to get thrown right back in the fire like that. So I thought coming down here and taking some at-bats in a no pressure environment. I mean, obviously, love to help the team win. But, for me, I just want to get that timing back. Fun park to hit in, I love this place. Home runs are home runs. I don't care where I hit them, so it'd be cool to hit one down here."
