College Women’s Wrestling: King to have presence at World Championships

The King University women’s wrestling team will be well represented at the upcoming World Championships in Budapest starting on Sunday. King graduates Sarah Hildebrandt and Forrest Molinari will be two of the 10 the Americans competing for a World Championship.

Hildebrandt made her second world team earlier this summer when she won the Final X at 53 kilograms. She is seeded first in the United World Wrestling Ranking Series and will be competing in her second World Championships. She will compete on October 24 and 25.

Molinari will be making her World Championships debut as she will compete at 65 kilograms. She made the world team by winning the Final X earlier this summer. Molinari enters the World Championships seeded second in the tournament. She will compete on October 23 and 24.

The Tornado had three wrestlers qualify for the World Team, but Alli Ragan had to withdraw due to injury.
