JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Local residents spotted a romp of otters moving through the Milligan area Sunday night, something they say hasn’t happened to them before.
Home surveillance video spotted a group of three otters running through the backyard of a home near Buffalo Creek around 2 a.m. Sunday night. You can watch it below:
