THURSDAY @ 6P: Area nurses accused of crimes continue to work; State delays punishment

News

TRI-CITIES, TN (WJHL) – As patients, we trust them. Often times we trust them with our family’s health and well-being. But when a few nurses violate that trust by committing crimes at work their punishment is often delayed.

Our Community Watchdog, Nate Morabito, spent months investigating this topic.

He found cases in our area where the state is not acting fast enough to protect you from bad nurses.

The delay or system failure allows these nurses to find new jobs and put more patients at risk.

Have you been a victim of a bad nurse? Join our conversation on social media, then, watch Nate’s investigation unfold this Thursday on News Channel 11 at 6:00 p.m.
