Tanya Tucker is getting in the Christmas spirit for the Country Music Hall of Fame’s tree lighting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Country singer Tanya Tucker performed at the County Music Hall of Fame’s tree lighting ceremony on Friday.

Following her short performance, Tucker lit a 30-foot Christmas tree.

Tucker also signed copies of her records, which will be available for purchase in the museum’s store.

The tree-lighting celebration launches the Hall of Fame’s annual “Deck the Hall” concert series which continues through the month of December.

As part of the holiday series, the Hall of Fame will host a holiday performance each Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

Artists participating include Ricky Skaggs and the Whites on Dec. 2, Brenda Lee on Dec. 9, Lonestar on Dec. 16 and the Oak Ridge Boys on Dec. 23.

Tickets to all shows are on sale and start at $32.50.
