St. Charles Elementary to dismiss at 11:15 a.m. after water main break

LEE COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) – A second water main break in Southwest Virginia has caused an elementary school to dismiss early.

According to Lee County Schools Superintendent Brian Austin, a water main break in St. Charles has led to St. Charles Elementary dismissing early at 11:15 a.m.

St. Charles Elementary will be the only school dismissing early.
