Asheville PD seeking information following fatal hit-and-run

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) – Asheville Police have asked for help gathering information following a fatal hit-and-run incident early Sunday morning. 

Bradley Christopher Barnes, 29, of Asheville, was attempting to cross the five lane intersection of Max Street and South Charlotte Street when they were hit by a vehicle, according to police. 

The vehicle fled the scene after hitting the pedestrian, police said. 1
