Raleigh man being held on $9 million bond on 24 child sex crime charges

A Raleigh, North Carolina man is being held on a $9 million bond and is facing 24 child sex crime charges, according to an arrest warrant.

Richard Lamour King Hudson, 31, of Amber Ridge Lane, was arrested Tuesday and charged with 12 counts of first-degree statutory sex offense and 12 counts of indecent liberties with a child.

According to the warrant, the crimes first occurred in October 2017 when the victim was 10 years old and continued until December 2018 when the victim was 11 years old.

Hudson is being held in the Wake County Detention Center under a $9 million bond.
