“YouTube” to ban on supremacist, discriminatory accounts

(WJHL) — YouTube says it will start banning accounts that feature supremacist content and encourage discrimination.

The company says that includes channels that promote Nazism and try to deny historical events like the Holocaust and the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre.

The move comes as the company has faced scrutiny for hosting extreme and divisive content.
