TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man’s mugshot is bringing the Internet together in the most heartless and hilarious way.

On Tuesday, police arrested 31-year-old  Charles Dion McDowell on charges of fleeing and eluding police, possession of meth, cocaine and marijuana, among other charges.

That afternoon, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office posted his mugshot on the department’s Facebook page.

“McDowell is currently a guest at the GoldStar Hotel with a bond of $57,000. #Gotcha,” the sheriff’s office wrote.

But their attempt at humor didn’t get as much attention as the photo itself. People just couldn’t get past McDowell’s extraordinarily large neck, and the jokes started writing themselves.

“His neck is still at LARGE!!!” wrote Barry Jacobs.

“That neck tattoo cost $6000. They charge per square foot,” joked Brian White.

Moshae Elise commented: “Somebody said he was neckligent.”

“You people should be ashamed of yourselves, all this neckativity isn’t right at all,” wrote Ramon Ross.

McDowell is being held at the Escambia County Jail.
