Virginia State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash in Scott County that killed one man.
The crash happened early Tuesday morning just after 6:30 a.m. The man was driving on Route 23 when his car struck a culvert and overturned, according to state police.
Police said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Police have not identified the driver because they are still in the process of notifying the driver’s family.
The crash remains under investigation.
