Tim Davis is an A.P and Honors English teacher. He’s been in education for 20 years and has been at
Tennessee High for the past 15 years
Davis says there is no place on earth that he would rather be then in the classroom with his students at
Tennessee High. You can see Davis’ enthusisasm and his engagement as he talks to his students.
He’s part teacher, part philopher as he encourages his students. In additiion to his work ijn the
classroom, he also helps edit the school news paper, “The Marroon and White”. He also takes pride in
helping students prep for the ACT. In everything he does he inspires his students to do better and
dream bigger “i hardly think of myself as a teacher i think of myself as a student who’s sort of learning
with them if they can catch my curiousity i really love what i teach I feel like that’s contagious. I feel
like often time they adapt the same attitudes as theri teachers ,” Said Davis
