JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Tri-Cities Craft Beer Week ended with a bang with the 2019 Thirsty Orange Festival Saturday in downtown Johnson City.

The 8th annual festival filled the downtown Farmer’s Market Pavillion at Founders’ Park.

Thousands of people came out to try all kinds of local and regional beer, enjoy food trucks and listen to live music.

“With an incredible highlights of regional craft breweries, local craft breweries, non-beer vendors, local businesses coming out for this. I would say this is one of the best showcases of downtown Johnson City,” Organizer Andrew Felty said.

We’re told 2500-3000 people came out to the event.
