Study says more than 250 people died taking selfies

The Washington Post reports on a study that says more than 250 people worldwide have died while taking selfies in the last six years.

The study, by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, analyzed news reports.

The study says the leading cause of death while taking selfies was drowning.  That was followed by transportation-related deaths and falling from heights.

India had the most selfie deaths, followed by Russia and the United States, according to the study.
