The case, involving three young girls falling from a Greene County Fair Ferris wheel in 2016, has come to an end.
According to court documents out of the United States District Court in Greeneville, a settlement was reached and mediation will not be necessary.
The original lawsuit was filed in July of 2017, claiming that Family Attractions Amusement of Georgia inflicted personal and emotional injuries as well as economic and non-economic damage.
The incident took place in 2016 when the company was sued after children fell from a Ferris Wheel.
