New K9 named Apache joins Scott County, VA Sheriffs Office

SCOTT COUNTY, Va. (WJHL) — A new K9 has joined the Scott County, Virginia Sheriff’s Office.

Meet Apache, a Belgian Tervuren who will start work this week.

According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, his addition to the force comes after another K9 named Semper had issues with his bite work and will be reassigned after further training.
