New culinary arts education program set to begin in Kingsport

KINGSPORT Tenn. (WJHL)- A new program in Kingsport aims to offer skills and job opportunities in the culinary arts field.

The program is called ‘Creative Cuisine’ and throughout the 14-week course, students will learn cooking, financial management, and career development tips.

Classes begin May 1 in Kingsport.

Students will also be preparing lunch Tuesday through Thursday for the duration of the program so that people can support the project, and help sponsor a student.

Classes will be held at 121 Jack White Drive in Kingsport.
