Local students participate in 7th annual Adaptive Bowling tournament in Bristol

(WJHL)- More than 200 people came out for the annual Adaptive Bowling tournament in Bristol on Thursday.

The event allows students with special needs to have fun while also being competitive.

Students from 13 different schools with varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities participated.

There were also student volunteers who served as peer tutors.

We’re told 225 students participated.
