KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL)- Students at a Tri-Cities High School got a lesson on living today as they get ready for summer break.
Their teacher was 13-year-old Leo Giaudrone of Kingsport.
He spoke to students at Dobyns-Bennett High School after getting an invitation from a teacher at the school.
Despite a lot of physical challenges, Leo made the decision to live in a state of happiness.
He even started his own company called – fittingly – The Happiness Company.
Today – he recruited new co-workers to join in him a life lived for others.
His goal – “Encouragement,” Leo said. “Trying to encourage them to overcome barriers and join the company to be superheroes.”
Leo said he was happy with his presentation.
“I really did good with the group,” he said. “I gave autographs out. They really were impressed, and I really thought their day was made by me.”
Leo’s story has inspired thousands of people, and his company that trades in the free exchange of kindness is growing fast.
