Kingsport PD asking for public’s help in search for missing 22-year-old

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL)- Kingsport Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 22-year-old last seen April 13.

According to Kingsport PD, 22-year-old Joshua A. McConnell was dropped off by a friend at the convenience store near Fort Henry Drive and North Eastman Road that day.

Authorities said McConnell was reportedly supposed to meet a person from Bristol at that location.

A news release from Kingsport PD went on to say, “Due to information shared with investigators regarding Mr. McConnell’s personal and medical history, there is legitimate cause to be concerned for his health and welfare.”
