State investigators have arrested a man for the second time in an ongoing human trafficking investigation.
Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at a home on Beechwood Road last Friday and arrested Zachery Felton.
Felton was arrested earlier this year in a human trafficking investigation involving the TBI and Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his release from the Knox County Jail on a $2,000 bond, investigators believe Felton started trafficking women from his home on Beechwood Road in Kingsport.
TBI has charged him with one count of promoting prostitution. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail where he is being held without bond.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible according to TBI.
