Kingsport BMA honors retiring Police Chief David Quillin

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen recognized retiring Police Chief David Quillin at Monday night’s meeting following his 35 years of service with the department.

Quillen is set to retire at the end of the year.

He has served as police chief since 2013 when he replaced Gale Osborne, who also retired.
