JUST IN: ETSU’s Jeromy Rodriguez makes decision to turn pro

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL)- Redshirt Junior Forward Jeromy Rodriguez has made the decision to turn pro and forgo his final year of eligibility.

That news from the ETSU Men’s Basketball team was made public Wednesday as Head Coach Steve Forbes said Rodriguez will receive his degree in a couple of weeks, and is ready to begin his professional career. 

Forbes said the team is in full support of Rodriguez as he pursues the next step in his basketball career.

Rodriguez averaged close to 11 points and was the Bucs leading rebounder with 11 a game this past season.
