JC Schools launching new app to combat bullying

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Back to school can mean sending your child back to face their bully. Luckily, school districts across the region have new efforts in place to combat bullying on and off campus.

Kelly Grosfield sat down with Dr. Greg Wallace of Johnson City Schools to discuss a new app that targets putting an end to bullying before it even begins.
