BLUFF CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — ETSU Eagle Cam eagles Eugene and Frances welcomed their second eaglet into the world Saturday at 11:30 a.m.
The eaglet, designated “BC20,” made its grand appearance two days after its sibling hatched Thursday.
An ETSU Eagle Cams official shared the post on the Facebook page.
Yesterday, BC20’s sibling, BC19, enjoyed its first meal delivered by Eugene.
