The Coast Guard is actively searching for a man who was last seen aboard his sailboat on Saturday.
Paul Youngk, 63, had been working on his sailboat vessel with his brother. At one point, the brother left for the day, but Paul stayed behind.
Coast Guard crews say they noticed the boat was tipped over in the water around 5:00 Sunday morning.
Crews located the boat in the Elizabeth River by Front Street. The Coast Guard also reports that this is near the Army Corps of Engineers.
Officials say Youngk is 6”3 and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black coat and a green shirt.
