Cherokee H.S. hosts breakfast for officers


Officers from across the region were the stars of the show this morning in Rogersville. 

Cherokee High School held an officer appreciation breakfast to recognize the hard work of law enforcement. 

Hawkins County, Rogersville and Sullivan County (TN) were departments recognized during the breakfast. 

“It makes us feel really blessed to have the community behind us and backing us in this time,” said Roger Marshall, Sullivan County deputy. “This really means a lot to us. 

Representatives from U.S. Congressman Dr. Phil Roe’s office were also in attendance for the event.
