ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — Jacqueline Catterson, a vet tech at the Hawkins County Humane Society, stopped by News Channel 11’s 70th Anniversary Celebration in Rogersville on Wednesday.

The Hawkins County Humane Society is open from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and has extended hours on Friday.
