A fifth suspect wanted in connection to a deadly shooting in Washington County, Tennessee was captured in Marshall County, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Dylan Childress was taken into custody early Sunday morning.
Local investigators tell News Channel 11 the Marshall County Sheriff’s office and Lewisburg Police Department received a tip on Childress’ location and were able to capture him.
Childress was wanted for questioning and aggravated robbery in the January 6 shooting on Cash Hollow Road.
Charles Shelton of Lewisburg was killed in the shooting.
