KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Authorities have charged a fourth person in the May 28 homicide of 61-year-old William Aaron of Knoxville.

Amber Leigh Hill was charged with first-degree murder after she confessed to police she knowingly and willingly rode in a vehicle with the co-defendants to rob Aaron in his Cluster Street home last month.

Chelsea Leighann Lauderdale, 21, of Strawberry Planes and Daniel Joe Hickman, 25, of Andersonville were taken into custody Tuesday night. Knoxville Police Department said Lauderdale and Hickman fled the state after the murder.Previous story: 2 suspects in Knoxville homicide arrested in Michigan

Monroe Ward, 21, was also charged with first-degree murder in Aaron’s death. Ward was arrested on June 12.Previous story: Knoxville man charged with murder; police look for additional suspects

Hill admitted during the robbery, Hickman solely entered Aaron’s home and returned with money and drugs, according to police.

During the interview, Hill also told police during the robbery, Aaron was murdered.

The four suspects profited from the money and left the state to Jacksonville, Florida, according to Hill’s interview with police.
