JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – Johnson City Police Department officers arrested a woman on theft of property charges Thursday, following a report of embezzlement from a local restaurant.

According to a JCPD news release, a supervisor at Krystal, 504 N. State of Franklin Road in Johnson City, reported on Dec. 7, 2015 that one of his employees – identified as Helen Russell Cole, 44, of Chucky, had an unusually large amount of orders that had been charged to her register.
