(WJHL) – Cherokee Distributing Company announced a popular Delaware beer company will soon have brews in East Tennessee.
According to a Cherokee news release, Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats – of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware – has been added to Cherokee’s portfolio of products, bringing the company’s “beach beer” to stores, bars and restaurants.
“Cherokee Distributing Company will bring Dogfish Head beers to 22 East Tennessee counties from the Tri-Cities to Knoxville,” Jeff Knight, general manager for Cherokee Distributing Company, said. “Dogfish Head has a great following among beer enthusiasts, and we expect this new offering to be well-received by all of our customers.”
According to the release, Dogfish Head offers a lineup of Namaste witbier to signature IPA products.
“We’re excited to bring these beach brews close to home,” Knight said. “Dogfish Head has made a distinct name for itself among beer lovers and craft beer supporters. Adding Dogfish Head brews to our lineup is in keeping with our company’s 57-year history of bringing the best products to East Tennessee.”
