Former Chattanooga school bus driver, Johnthony Walker, was indicted by a Davidson County grand jury on statutory rape charges Monday, according to court documents.
Walker was indicted on eight counts of Statutory Rape and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to an arrest affidavit, Walker admitted to having sex with a 14-year-old girl who lived at a home where he had been staying while out on bond following his sentencing for the deadly Chattanooga bus crash.
In March 2018, Walker was convicted of six counts of criminally negligent homicide in a Chattanooga school bus crash.
He was sentenced to four years in prison in April for the November 2016 crash but was reportedly out on bond while his appeal is pending.
