WASHINGTON COUNTY, TN (WJHL) – A man charged in the killings of his parents and aunt was given no bond in a Washington County, Tenn., courtroom Thursday morning, the day after he was returned from from New Orleans by sheriff’s deputies.

Daniel Henry was charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Robert Kenneth Henry, 66, Melody Diane Henry, 55, and Barbara June Hammonds, 64. They were found in their Jonesborough home by a sheriff’s deputy in early October.

A multi-state manhunt ended with Henry’s capture in New Orleans.

Sheriff’s deputies went to New Orleans Tuesday and returned with Henry Wednesday night.

In a Thursday morning arraignment, Henry asked for and was given a public defender. He was given no bond due to flight risk concerns.

His preliminary hearing was scheduled for Oct. 29.Copyright WJHL 2015. All rights reserved.
