3 adults, juvenile charged with break-in at Lee Co. elementary school

LEE COUNTY, VA (WJHL) – Lee County, Va. Sheriff’s Office deputies charged three adults and one juvenile for breaking into a county elementary school on Feb. 24.

According to a LCSO news release, the sheriff’s office received an alarm call at Flatwoods Elementary School around 4 a.m. and when they arrived they found no evidence of forced entry.

Surveillance video showed three people had entered the school through an open window and took computers, other electronic devices and a small amount of cash.

Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons said Todd Conyer, 27, Emily Olinger, 18, Samuel Dalton Duff, 19, all of Pennington Gap, Va. were charged. One juvenile was also charged.

Conyer, Olinger, Duff and the juvenile were all charged with grand larceny, conspiring to commit grand larceny, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.
