Traffic stop in Bristol, Tennessee leads to drug arrest

BRISTOL, TN (WJHL) -- A traffic stop on Thursday in Bristol, Tennessee has led to the arrest of a 30-year-old woman, according to the Bristol Tennessee Police Department.

The driver, Petra Rodriguez was found to be driving with a suspended license and in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a news release. Rodriguez consented to a search of her vehicle and it was inside where officers found 14.7 ounces of Methamphetamine.

Rodriguez faces several drug charges and is currently being held in the Sullivan County Jail.
