Document shows lease agreement for Pres. Trump's MAGA rally in Johnson City

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) - On October 1, President Donald Trump will hold a Make America Great Again rally at Johnson City's Freedom Hall.

News Channel 11 and ABC Tr-Cities obtained a copy of a lease agreement between Freedom Hall and the organization Donald J. Trump for President. 

Trump's campaign treasurer, Bradley Crate, signed the agreement.

The agreement states the Trump campaign leased Freedom Hall for September 30th at 7:00 a.m. through October 1. 

The Trump campaign will pay $3,000 a day for the use of Freedom Hall bringing the total paid to the facility to 6,000. 

The President's visit comes 44 days before midterm elections as the nation is watching a tight race for U.S. Senate here in Tennessee - - pitting Republican Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn against former Tennessee Democratic governor Phil Bredesen.

President Trump will reportedly hold a fundraiser for Blackburn while he is in the Tri-Cities.

Here's what we know about the rally: 

it will take place Monday at Freedom Hall.

Republican Congressman Phil Roe, who's also up for re-election, tells us he expects President Trump to arrive in the Tri-Cities around 5:00 p.m on Monday afternoon.

Doors at Freedom Hall open at 4:00 p.m. and the rally begins at 7:00 p.m. 

The rally is free to attend, but you need a ticket to make sure you have a seat. The tickets are first come - first serve.

Other big names in the Republican party you can expect to see include Gubernatorial candidate Bill Lee and Marsha Blackburn - candidate for Senate.

A presidential visit will require plenty of planning from people not just in Johnson City but across the Tri-Cities region.
