TDH reports 14 new COVID-19 deaths in NETN on Thursday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Department of Health reported 307 new COVID-19 cases, 14 new deaths, and 352 new inactive or recovered cases in Northeast Tennessee on Thursday.

Six new deaths were reported in Sullivan County, five in Carter County, two in Washington County, and one in Greene County.

The health department also reported 103 new cases in Washington County, 66 in Sullivan County, 42 in Hawkins County, 31 in Carter County, 25 each in Greene and Unicoi counties, and 15 in Johnson County,

There are currently 2,578 active cases in Northeast Tennessee, down from 2,637 yesterday.
