TDH: 511 new COVID-19 cases reported in Northeast Tennessee, 1 new hospitalization

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Department of Health reported 511 new COVID-19 cases, no new deaths, and 352 new inactive or recovered cases in Northeast Tennessee on Saturday.

Of the 511 new cases, 156 were reported in Washington County, 139 in Sullivan County, 76 in Greene County, 64 in Carter County, 51 in Hawkins County, 22 in Unicoi County, and three in Johnson County.

There are currently 2,439 active cases in Northeast Tennessee, up from 2,280 on Friday.
